He's also "crawling" around (more of a belly crawl than crawling on his knees). He can really get around quickly now, so we have to keep a much closer eye on him. He can pull himself up to a standing position every once in a while too. He doesn't do it all the time, but here and there.
He's been making lots of talking sounds and mimicking the noises that we make, which is pretty cool! Sometimes when people say hi to him he'll say hi back. And he can wave too. But he doesn't really do these things "on command" yet. It's sort of hit or miss. But it's fun when he does it!
We went to go visit Grandma and Dryden this past weekend. We had a wonderful time! Evan loves hanging out at Grandma's because she has lots of fun things at her house - whirligigs, the grandfather clock, the cuckoo clock, the piano... But his favorite thing, of course, is snuggles from Grandma!

Since Evan is crawling all over now we had to buy him a playpen. This one was on sale...
Evan loves playing with the keyboard on our laptop so we gave him the old keyboard from one of our computers. He isn't fooled though. He knows it doesn't do anything.
We also got him a bigger, better tub! He was using the toddler tub but it was hard plastic and a bit constricting, so we got him this inflatable one. He seems to like it so far!
