Evan at "My Gym"!

One of Evan's friends from daycare turned 1 this weekend and had a party at My Gym! For those that don't know (which included me up until about a year ago), My Gym is a place for kids to go and play indoors. There are ball pits, slides, trampolines, and all sorts of things to crawl in, around, and on.

Evan had a great time at the party aside from a minor meltdown when a guy showed up dressed as a monkey. He wasn't even a cute monkey. He was kind of a freaky, alien looking monkey. I wish I had gotten a picture, but I was more focused on comforting poor Evan.

They had this "space ride" which was a swing seat on a zip line. My brave little boy rode that and liked it (I think). He didn't exactly have a smile, it was more of an amused smirk.
Here he is way out there as they were pulling him back. Then they let him go and he zoomed back to me.

They also had other stuff to do, putting rings on cones, popping bubbles....


They had swings to ride too. I had to get a video of this. It's that "amused smirk" again. He cracks me up =)
