Although I didn't get to see my mom for Thanksgiving this year, she did give me the pumpkin cheesecake recipe that she always makes (my favorite dessert) so that I could have a little bit of Mom's Thanksgiving with me and share it with everyone else. I don't think it turned out quite as well as hers (owing to a small mishap with the topping) but I think I did okay for my first try.
I'm not the newest addition to the Jeffrey family anymore. Barry, Emily, and May will officially be joining the family in less than 24 hours!

Carter - after his front tooth finally fell out. I liked his suggestion that he should get extra money for having his tooth fall out on a holiday. Hey, it's worth a try =)
